[December 04，2023] SCR API Version 1.2 is Release.

1.We've reduced the number of APIs from 9 to 6.

2.When creating a project, you no longer need to specify a compilation version. If you're using an already deployed contract for reviewing, you can specify multiple contract addresses.

3.The project confirmation step has been removed, and the contract review process now begins immediately after creating a project.

4.The project details query interface has been simplified. After creating a project, it's now your responsibility to keep and manage project details.

5. The query for Sarif format review results has been streamlined. We now use a single interface for querying review result details for consistency.
