Managing Nodes
On the Dedicated Node page, the platform will display corresponding node information based on the different customized services you have purchased.
-
If dedicated nodes have been purchased on a per-chain basis, the node information is displayed as follows:
The top of the card displays the network information where the dedicated node is deployed. If multiple nodes have been purchased on the same network, we will differentiate them using cards with different numbers. -
If shared nodes are purchased based on Throughput (Credit/s), the node information is displayed as follows:
The top of the card will also show the network information where the shared nodes you purchased based on Throughput (Credit/s) are deployed.
Whether you purchase dedicated nodes on a per-chain basis or shared nodes based on QPS, both support the following management of the node's API Key:
Binding API Key to Node
An API Key can be bound to multiple nodes, but a node can only be bound to one API Key.
-
Log in to the ZAN Node Service Console and click on Dedicated Node on the left navigation bar.
-
On the Dedicated Node page, locate the node you need to bind the API Key to, and click on Unfold at the top right corner.
-
In the expanded node card, click on Bind API Key.
-
In the pop-up window, choose an existing API Key and confirm the binding.
Once the binding is complete, you can initiate on-chain transactions and queries through the API.
Replacing Node's API Key
You can replace the API Key that is currently bound to a node with another one.
-
Log in to the ZAN Node Service Console and click on Dedicated Node on the left navigation bar.
-
On the Dedicated Node page, locate the node you need to bind the API Key to, and click on Unfold at the top right corner.
-
In the expanded node card, click on Replace API Key.
-
In the pop-up window, choose another API Key and confirm the replacement.
Unbinding API Key from Node
You can unbind the current API Key from a node.
-
Log in to the ZAN Node Service Console and click on Dedicated Node on the left navigation bar.
-
On the Dedicated Node page, locate the node you need to bind the API Key to, and click on Unfold at the top right corner.
-
In the expanded node card, click Unbind API Key to release the current API Key from its association with the node.
