Profile Guide

You can view your account information, plan details, coupons, order information, and feedback on your profile page.

Account Information

Log in to the ZAN official website and hover your mouse over the account section at the top right corner. Click on Account in the dropdown to view the registration information for your current account.

The account registration information is displayed as follows. You can change your personal account information, change your password, bind your credit or debit card, bind your wallet address and cancel your account on this page.

No. Operation Description
1 Edit Info Click here to modify your personal account information, such as Company Name, Registered country, and Registration number.
2 Update Password Click here to modify the current account password, you need to enter the old password, new password, and confirm the new password.
3 Bind Card Click on Bind to Bind your credit or debit card, which will be used by default for support when you subscribe to a plan on the Price Plan page, and auto-subscribe be enabled for you.
4 Bind Blockchain Address Click on Bind to connect your wallet (please ensure you have installed the corresponding wallet extension in your browser and created a wallet). Once connected, the bound wallet account will be used to verify your eligibility for participating in marketing activities. If confirmed as a member, the system will grant coupons via airdrop or special transactions.
5 Delete your account Click here to log out of your current account. Before logging out, please check whether the following two conditions are met. If not, log out will not be allowed.

Before deleting your account, please ensure that the following two conditions are met:

  • There are no unused paid plans;
  • There are no unpaid orders.

Here, you can easily browse and choose from a variety of service plans offered by our platform. With the navigation tabs at the top, you can quickly switch to view the current plans and available options for each service.

For node services, common questions and answers regarding the purchasing process are provided at the bottom of the page for your convenience.

Coupons

On the Coupons page, you can view all available and expired coupons. You can click the arrow at the top right corner of each section to turn the page and view more coupons.

Note:

Some coupons are restricted to specific service plans, while others require a minimum order amount for use, specific details are provided on the coupon itself.

Clicking buy now on a coupon takes you to the Price Plan page, where you can opt to purchase or upgrade a plan. You can apply the coupon during payment for discounts.

Bills

On the Bills page, you can view all pending, paid, and canceled orders, with support for the following actions:

  • Paid Orders
    Click View Detail in the right Actions bar to view order details.

    Click Invoice to download the invoice.
  • Unpay orders
    Click Pay in the right Actions bar to connect to your wallet on the detail page and complete the subsequent payment process.

    Click View Details in the right Actions bar to view the order details.

Feedbacks

On this page, you can click the Contact Us button to reach out to us anytime via Email, Twitter, Discord, or Telegram. All communications will generate chat logs, with each log titled by the first ten words of the conversation and displayed in a list.

By clicking the View Detail button on the right side of any record, you can view the entire chat of that record and continue the conversation from there.
