How to Cancel the Subscription
Introduction to Subscription
After binding a debit or credit card on the Account page, the system will automatically use the linked card for payment when you subscribe a plan on the Price Plan page, and it will activate the subscription for you. The activation of subscription means you do not need to manually renew your current plan, thus avoiding service limitations caused by expiration. This not only saves time but also ensures the continuity and stability of the service.
Cancel the Subscription
Subscription will renew based on the subscription period you last selected. For example, if you previously subscribed to a 1-month plan, the system will automatically renew for another 1 month. If you wish to change the renewal period, you will need to first cancel the subscription and then resubscribe to the plan.
To cancel the subscription, simply go back to the Price Plan page and cancel the subscription for your current plan. With the cancellation of the subscription, the subscription will be successfully terminated. Make sure to follow these steps to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
- Log in to the ZAN official website.
- Hover your mouse over the Price Plan section at the top right corner and click on Price Plan in the dropdown box to enter the Price Plan page.
- On the Price Plan page, click the Unsubscribe button under the Current Plan for the node service.
- After confirming the information in the pop-up window, click Confirm to cancel the subscription for the current plan.
Effects of Cancelling
After unsubscribing, the current service will not stop immediately but will take effect at the end of the current billing period. After that, your plan will downgrade to the Free plan. It's important to be aware of this change to manage your service expectations. If you do not want your current services to be restricted, please subscribe again according to the new plan period in a timely manner.
