1. How does KYT charge?
Currently we are offering Free Trial for web version.
For APIs, we offer a variety of credit packages, and every successful call consumes credits. Different API calls have different credit weights. Please refer to Price Plan for details.

2. What is the limitation of KYT?
We currently build our KYT system on Ethereum while other EVM-compatible chains will be added soon.
Some fund trace tasks may process longer than others. Various conditions may affect the result. If you encounter a long wait without receiving results, please retry the trace task after 10 minutes (We currently set a timeout for trace task). If there are still no results but you wish to continue the investigation, you can report this task to us.
For risk funds proportion, there is a one-week delay in data since it is currently a BETA version.
Also please be noted that the risk score might fluctuate since the system works in real time.

3. How many chains does KYT support?
We offer Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon, Ethereum and BTC for score analysis API. As for KYT console, BSC, Ethereum, Polygon are supported. Note that protocol analysis APIs only work on Ethereum.
4. Why am I experiencing failures on KYT console?
Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Polygon are lately introduced, there might be some data syncing problems. If you experience constant failure on certain transactions or addresses analysis, please feel free to contact us and we will get back to you soon.
